Activities and Events Planner

Responsibility:
5 e* j' L8 s6 n; Q$ R5 S•        Assisting in the coordination of both outdoor and indoor events.
•        Manage and grow the customer database.
( O, k2 `9 Y% e•        Ability to design events independently, make events proposal.
/ ]. i0 H  P4 I/ \•        Coordinate pre-event details with staff and clients, arrange event sites.
6 A3 O1 \# C2 @3 o/ R•        Ability to make an up-to-date plan, and make an alternative plan if required.
•        Collaborating with other departments and make promotional materials.

+ d7 U1 e- Y- @# c  h6 s7 qRequirement:
) M/ m3 {' `; t' q•        Minimum college diploma.
4 W5 s: \: ~! X; s8 ^, R9 m9 R•        Experience in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
•        Problem-solving skills, able to act according to circumstances.
+ {3 `. K* M: ]& u•        Ability to work both on the team and independently, follow the instruction.
•        Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
