Administrator duties include booking meetings and events, consulting, selling and doing after service. •Pick up incoming phone calls and provide consulting to customers
•Prepare regular reports and presentations
" \0 D& ^( ^; K9 \•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
•Accurately describe financial product features and benefits
  W3 _) q4 k$ S! Z- \•To determine specific scheduling requirements.
•Build up and retain a long relationship with the client
•Processing the paperwork for opening and closing account in CRM system
& O5 N/ \8 Y8 ^6 X4 N" o/ P, k1 w

•Proven working experience in the financial industry
0 Q% C3 @7 w4 p. D•Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
) e% J, R2 c; z" U" ]4 g•Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills
/ r8 e& @4 k8 N! u. X•People-oriented and results-driven
•Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
•Solid communication and interpersonal skills

•Able to develop and expand the relevant network
