This opportunity provides you the with a dynamic and flexible work environment that allows you to be independent and manage your day to day work activities. This hourly paid, unionized position, typically operates at a customer's site and/or other field location and requires the operation of a company vehicle. Responsibilities

$ M3 C5 @2 P# ?$ Z7 G Manage your assigned work and prioritizes activities to ensure successful completion of jobs, forms and reports
# ?* S3 S; f; y/ g· Work directly with customers to diagnose and assess the request / issue ( M+ d/ m! K' _/ I4 t
· Provide excellent customer service with clients, while working independently outside
2 C7 g$ o; ~. `, ^· Maintains working knowledge of policies and procedures and their proper application
9 h: h+ ~+ N9 M4 j: _; C0 C* C9 `· Ensures a clear understanding on the delivery of efficiency, service and quality targets
* u* Q1 m- z# b6 ]& u# }4 r· Maintains inventory/assets while monitoring and ensure the security for the company vehicle and operates in accordance with Defensive Driving practices

· Flexibility to work varied hours and all shifts, including weekends and holidays; " E- k& U: C- _. F1 A- H
· Open to working in all weather conditions. Position requires both outdoor and indoor work at a wide variety of customer locations . A" D4 o8 x1 N, c4 ]+ H0 [
· Climbing and work at heights on step and extension ladders, poles is required (confined spaces may also be required)
! T/ q5 ]2 q6 _6 S+ ?· Ability to distinguish colour coded wire , u( D$ o, |7 m( n, p9 K* ]# Y
· Heavy lifting up to approximately 60 lbs. may be required 4 D' I/ c$ j+ d9 K/ G
· Proficient in English (written & verbal) 0 O w& Q6 F( N7 c
· Minimum Grade 12 or equivalency & h8 u: K$ O6 v$ j+ c2 e3 A: B
· Valid G2 Drivers License required along with 2 years winter driving experience. - @5 z6 [; {2 B' C$ e
· Clear background check with no criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted ' _! b' w8 q' Y) T }" k6 |
