vineyard on the waterfront of Jordan Harbour is now reaching optimal production for
/ z8 F4 r. c* M# D) Nwinemaking. Small batch wines are crafted from established vines that offer quality fruit with

The role of Wine Associate will encompass a broad range of skills and responsibilities. This role' c, g1 t( @1 b+ n9 q5 W+ L* g
not only includes cellar door customer service, retail sales, special event assistance, general
- ^# R7 E/ A" J1 o; Z# |! B+ ~housekeeping maintenance, but also includes any other tasks including inventory assistance,
* K' a/ y( f/ egeneral landscaping and any other roles required to achieve the benchmark standard at Alvento
/ I5 {( b* V# Z( [$ F8 DWinery. In addition, access to personal transport is necessary as we will be participating in many
8 w' w. l4 b7 t! yoff-site events and Farmer's Markets this summer season. At these off-site events, you will take

merits our wines and services can offer. At the Farmer's Markets, you will engage in direct

/ G. k2 E/ r" e; q1 x# J; q/ U, cTo ensure that all of our employees are fully knowledgeable, it is a job requirement that all
& B) o/ X' W1 n+ u( Pemployees complete and pass Smart Serve training during their first month of employment. In5 o/ C+ q, x( b# ]
addition, it is expected that all employees will participate in an initial training program along with# m& I5 e1 \; a! k! t) D/ |8 i0 F
ongoing participation in wine tastings to increase their nose and tasting ability. All cellar door8 x* W* z6 O+ [! d; @* |
employees responsible for serving alcohol must be 19 years of age. As well, all employees must
