RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve all outlined sales goals and business objectives
8 U, u0 d2 d- U- `6 h• Complete all required training within specified timelines
• Responsible for achieving all key business objectives including sales, revenue and client experience
• Follow policies around operations, loss prevention and health and safety
• Offer outstanding customer service
• Follow operational guidelines to ensure store is meeting all compliance standards
2 \' E- o7 q. o) O! A• Complete all assigned tasks delegated by Management

• Professional, fun, and have great communication skills

• Ability to problem solve

• Motivated to provide exceptional customer service
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not mandatory

• Willing to learn and interested in continuous training and development
' U* M' V5 w. t2 A+ u• Open, available, and flexible to work a variety of shifts/hours (evenings and weekends based on business needs)
• Follow the Dress Guidelines for every shift and ensure the brand is appropriately represented at all times

• Be available to attend classroom training on an ongoing basis as required
