•Source, build and retain your client base

•Provide insurance needs advice based on risk assessment

•Provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services

% B m7 n* z3 G" w9 R: I3 h•Provide sound financial advice to help grow your client’s financial portfolio (Life and Health Insurance, Individual Prescription Drugs and Dental Insurance, Critical Care and Long-Term Care Insurance. Individual & Business Disability Insurance. Special Class Insurance, Travel Insurance, Business Protection, Employment Benefits).6 C2 ]- r# g; D# j) x

5 a2 E' r3 |9 O•Experienced in proactively identifying and executing ways that customers’ needs can be better met through a strong understanding of their requirements and expert knowledge of products and services.) x( z1 H. n P8 t3 [- u
•Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, as well as strong service orientation, focused on achieving exceptional service standards.

% c9 U( c3 ~. w6 c3 j% `0 u% A•Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration with one to three years of relevant experience in a financial institution or equivalent combination of training and experience.

! w( U* [8 X! x5 u•Proven ability in sales and service to financial customers.

3 y% s# c3 A+ r; o# S6 I* P•Strong knowledge in financial advice and planning (Savings and Investment, TFSAs, RESP, RRSPs, RRIFs, Annuities, Retirement Planning, Family Financial Planning, Education Plans).6 o" w J+ M( R ^& R
; r& n( N* |/ H% v+ ]5 l•Experience in engaging in and securing new business from existing and prospective customers.' m3 M( W4 H" `0 A: D
) X- R. `7 ?+ r! n1 c: s: J•Expert in general banking services, including detailed knowledge of financial products and services.1 o9 M. I5 D6 l4 _
9 D. k1 \5 o7 O7 Z•Hold or plan to have Life License Qualification Program (LLQP), IFIC or CSC0 s" J6 U; ^0 L# b/ z. w- d
