Activities and Events Planner

2 y( A+ z) ]' }' i  e•        Assisting in the coordination of both outdoor and indoor events.
' ]) o2 Z; o5 ]3 {•        Manage and grow the customer database.
& h; R3 v. g% g+ ]& s# P•        Ability to design events independently, make events proposal.
# f1 T& b0 Y; ?1 r( F$ g•        Coordinate pre-event details with staff and clients, arrange event sites.
•        Ability to make an up-to-date plan, and make an alternative plan if required.
•        Collaborating with other departments and make promotional materials.

* v2 X, e7 H  Z9 }: f$ Z% r. t; r1 c•        Minimum college diploma.
$ `$ V4 u: e+ h4 m•        Experience in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
9 ?& m; J8 w% X) F•        Problem-solving skills, able to act according to circumstances.
$ r( s( e; |: e7 b0 _: T•        Ability to work both on the team and independently, follow the instruction.
•        Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
