• Complete all required training within specified timelines
+ V& p: K  C* L+ ^- t$ t• Responsible for achieving all key business objectives including sales, revenue and client experience
• Follow policies around operations, loss prevention and health and safety
: Z' q6 Z1 p8 c• Offer outstanding customer service
• Follow operational guidelines to ensure store is meeting all compliance standards
• Complete all assigned tasks delegated by Management

. T& `7 z% k4 E  d; q1 A5 f* O! J9 |• Passion for the telecommunications industry; keen interest in mobile devices and upcoming technology
, k/ T$ D1 s5 z/ \• Professional, fun, and have great communication skills
• Organized and quick thinking
• Ability to problem solve
• Positive and enthusiastic
( c& L' p9 C5 E- Q+ |5 R1 G/ c• Motivated to provide exceptional customer service
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not mandatory

• Willing to learn and interested in continuous training and development
• Open, available, and flexible to work a variety of shifts/hours (evenings and weekends based on business needs)
