* I0 R$ |2 M; Q·Provide day to day operations and maintenance support for software systems.5 u4 Y( y8 Y6 h6 Q) W" ?% q
Support includes monitoring systems, creating and generating reports, assisting users with technical support issues and identifying and fixing software bugs.
9 r' _$ S( P: [ A·Prepare detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded. Create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.
' p9 `; f. P& G' x- F·Gather information from existing systems, analyze program and time requirements.
( V, U3 \ A+ d- B* M·Code, test, debug, implement, and document assigned software programs. Develop and execute test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.' `. |: p$ _& p
·Support project personnel in resolving complex program problems. Work with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within area of responsibility.

Qualifications
$ u4 ?" A/ h5 K6 jBasic Qualifications/ q0 H, v8 T# w; U, |0 o+ g2 M5 p5 y
·Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience G( r& u4 T3 P, k T! O$ G- p
·Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, management information systems, systems engineering or related field preferred
. L. [8 u* |# H- G( ?% S·Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Mandarin is a must.
: F, ?. u* B0 R3 l4 I·Able to work in China or USA (Canadian Citizen).
# ]* U9 p1 V+ s- ~·Zero or more years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, or operating systems programming.
3 e' ^0 f# e5 Z2 ^4 s·Experience working with computer hardware, operating system software and desktop applications with a specific concentration in one or more areas7 d( B0 y1 m9 S( D* r! c6 t
·Experience working with one or more structured programming languages/ t, C& ]: J3 U; \$ L
·Experience working with hardware or software design methods and processes
